SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for producing Gisela rootstock 5 and AFL-2 in vitro, including propagation of in-vitro fertilizer plants and single-stem grafts cutting on agarized nutrient medium containing macro- and microelements and vitamins based on nutrient medium Murashige and Skoog, where produced sprouts are transplanted into Murashige and Skoog culture medium with higher concentration of salts - chelate Fe 50 mg/l and Ca(NO3)2 1000 mg/l, at that shoots of large size - 5–6 cm - are used for reproduction, and sprouts of smaller size transplanted on nutrient medium with content of 0.1 mg 6 Bap., wherein the transplantation is to be performed in 3–4 weeks, wherein vitreous cultures are rejected, and culturing is carried out under optimal conditions: temperature - 22–26 degrees, illumination - 2000–5000 lux, with 16-hour photoperiod.
EFFECT: invention increases output of healthier plants.
