FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology, and can be used for elimination of linear postoperative scars on fingers in children. In the position of maximum extension of fingers, 3-4 incisions of the linear scars are made in the oblique crosswise direction with gaps between the incisions up to 1 cm. Redress of each finger is performed with elimination of its deformation. Each finger is fixed with a spoke through all the joints, on the entire length of the finger, until the incompletely healing incisions are completed.
EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries, improving clinical effectiveness.
