FIELD: power systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power systems, specifically to a method of reducing and stabilizing contact voltage and/or transient contact resistance in high-power power transmission structures, and can be used to increase energy efficiency by reducing electric energy consumption. Method of reduction of transient contact resistance in structures of transmission of electric energy of high power includes application of current-conducting coating by means of high-energy heterophase flux by sputtering of metal powder directly to surface of contact connection of structural elements, providing transmission of electric energy of high power. Application of coating is carried out by using industrial robot with six degrees of freedom for uniformity and stability of coating, wherein sputtering is carried out at flow rate of 300÷1,200 m/s and its temperature of 300÷800 °C, temperature of sputtered metal particles 50÷250 °C and consumption of powder of sputtered metal 0.03÷10.05 g/s.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing energy efficiency, reducing losses of electric energy due to reduction of transient resistance in contact connections, reducing heat release in contact pair at passage of current, reducing pressure force at providing electric contact.
