FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: aluminium element of current distributor with operating contact pad is represented by aluminium busbar. The operating contact pad is made as coating with thickness of at least 20-60 mcm consisting of two layers applied by cold gas spraying. The first layer with thickness of 10-30 mcm is obtained by spraying a mix of powders of copper, zinc and aluminium oxide with mass ratio of powdered copper to powdered zinc within the range of 0.5:1 to 2:1 with addition of aluminium oxide in quantity of 10-40% of total weight of the mix. The second layer with thickness of 10-30 mcm is obtained by spraying a mix of powders of copper, tin-lead solder and aluminium oxide with mass ratio of powdered copper to powdered tin-lead solder within the range of 0.3:1 to 3:1 with addition of aluminium oxide in quantity of 10-40% of total weight of the mix.
EFFECT: obtained contact pad with function of electrochemical protection against corrosion, limited growth of transient contact resistance up to the value not exceeding 150 percent from initial value of transient contact resistance upon testing at cyclic heating and upon testing of resistance to climatic exposure factors.
