FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to gynecology and reproductive medicine. What is presented is a method for assessing endometrial receptivity in females with primary infertility and uterine myoma at the stage of preprogrammed preparation for high-tech reproductive technologies (HRT) programs based on immunohistochemical data obtained using a two-step streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase method. In the period of the "implantation window", VEGFr3 and PTEN markers are evaluated, followed by calculating a prognostic index (PI) by formula PI=(-0.045)×X1+(-0.06)×X2+0.27×X3+3.38. If PI is more than 0, the conclusion is made on the endometrial readiness for successful implantation of the embryo and the possibility of directing a woman with primary infertility and uterine myoma into the HRT program. If PI is less than 0, low receptivity of endometrium and high risk of reproductive failures are predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides an objective assessment of endometrial receptiveness in primary infertility caused by uterine myoma.
