SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to pathological anatomy and reproduction, can be used to diagnose the immune status of the endometrium in patients with repeated pregnancy losses after assisted reproductive technologies (ART). In biopsy specimens of the endometrium of the middle stage of the secretion phase, the level of expression of progesterone-induced blocking factor (PIBF) is determined by immunohistochemistry using an avidin-biotin complex. At PIBF values ​​≥ 63%, the immune status of the endometrium is diagnosed as normal, at 50 < PIBF < 62% - moderate, at PIBF ≤ 49% - low.

EFFECT: method reduces the frequency of early miscarriages, diagnoses immunological disorders of the endometrium during the expected implantation window, allows predicting reproductive losses after ART programs, revealing a single picture of the state of the main structural components of the endometrium in the glands and stroma; convenient for use in practical medicine; has histological confirmation, can be used for patients with various gynecological pathologies leading to infertility and miscarriage during ART.
