FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to pathological anatomy and gynecology, and can be used in reproductive medicine in preparation for programs of assisted reproductive technologies in women of older reproductive age with tuboperitoneal factor of infertility. A method for assessing the implantation capabilities of the endometrium of women in programs of assisted reproductive technologies includes: determining the expression of VDR, HOXA 11 receptors in the endometrial stroma by immunohistochemistry using polyclonal antibodies in endometrial tissue samples obtained by pipel biopsy on days 18-22 of the menstrual cycle, followed by calculating the probability (R) implantation according to the logistic regression model formula. If the value of the indicator is more than 0.27, a conclusion is made about a favorable prognosis for implantation; if less than 0.27, a conclusion is made about the inconsistency of the endometrium with a favorable prognosis of implantation.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to assess the expression of VDR, HOXA11 receptors in the stroma of the endometrium as additional markers of receptivity, predicting the successful implantation of a blastocyst and the onset of clinical pregnancy in ART programs in women of late reproductive age with tuboperitoneal factor infertility.
