Said result is achieved due to that analogue-to-digital converter for oscillation measurement consists of five switches, differential amplifier with gain factor 2, comparator, direct current amplifier with amplification factor, inverter, two analogue storage devices, control device, serial to parallel converter, counter by module M, cascode differential operational amplifier and device for measurement of maximum value of pulsed analogue signal.

EFFECT: amplification of useful signal, elimination of additive noise recording, faster operation.
