FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. It is followed by endonasal polypotomy, endonasal exposure of cells of a latticed labyrinth, removal of a mucous membrane of latticed cells and crossbones bridges. Further, the mucosa is removed from the nasal cavity area. That is followed by transplantation into a postoperative region of the autologous healthy mucous membrane with a flap on the feeding pedicle or a free flap from the nasal cavity, including from the nasal septum area, from the middle nasal concha or from the nasal cavity.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of postoperative rehabilitation and temporary disability, accelerating reparative processes and reducing adhesion in the postoperative region, reducing the probability of recurrent disease.
