Method includes: obtaining, by a secondary network node, cell network state data served by a secondary network node; updating, by a secondary network node, of a network configuration of a cell served by a secondary network node based on said; transmission by secondary network node to terminal of first configuration update information, wherein the first configuration update information is used to update the network configuration of the cell served by the secondary network node.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing load on primary network node in case of double connection technology and reducing risk of network overload, caused by high load on primary network node.
