SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRANSMISSION TIME MOMENTS IN A MULTI-CARRIER SYSTEM AND CLEAR CHANNEL ASSESSMENT IN AN UPLINK Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC H04W56/00

Abstract RU 2696255 C1

FIELD: electrical communication engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication engineering. Disclosed are systems and methods relating to the difference between transmission time moments between cells in a multicarrier system, in which at least one of the cells performs clear channel assessment (CCA) before starting transmission. In some embodiments, the user equipment (UE) operating method comprises determining a difference between transmission time moments between a first cell operating on a first carrier and a second cell operating on a second carrier, wherein it is required to estimate CCA in at least one of the first channel, in which the first carrier is located, and/or the second channel, in which the second carrier is located, before the UE is allowed to perform transmission. Method further includes using the difference between transmission time moments to perform one or more operational tasks of the UE. Difference between transmission time moments is determined when first and second channels are available for UE.

EFFECT: disclosed are systems and methods for using difference between transmission time moments in multi-carrier system and clear channel assessment in uplink.
