FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of prefabricated low-rise buildings, in particular to the junction of frame-sheathing walls made of light steel thin-walled structures (LSTS) with a basement ceiling over a ventilated and cold underground. The method of pairing a frame-sheathing wall made of LSTS with a monolithic basement over cold and ventilated undergrounds includes the installation of a reinforced concrete monolithic basement on a fixed formwork made of profiled sheet and the installation of frame-sheathing walls made of LSTS, while perforated beams are planned along the axes of the internal and external walls 3 with a section width equal to the width of the walls, for which purpose the reinforcement of the basement floor 1 is performed on the formwork with vertical outlets of reinforcement under the supports 4 perforated beams 3, then the basement floor 1 is formed by pouring the concrete mixture, on which, after the concrete has hardened, the lower layer of heat-insulating material 6 is laid leaving rectangular holes for supports 4 of beams 3 in the places where the reinforcement is released, after which the reinforcement of the beams in the formwork is performed and the concrete mixture is poured, beams 3 are formed under the walls, after the concrete has cured, guides 8 and rack 5 profiles are fixed to the horizontal surface of the beams 3 for subsequent installation frame - sheathing wall 9 with additional external thermal insulation 10, 11, upon completion, the top layer of thermal insulation 12 of the basement floor 1 is laid and a cement-sand screed 13 is arranged.
EFFECT: increase in temperature on the floor surface of the first floor of a low-rise building made of LSTS and reduction of heat loss through the interface between walls and basement by eliminating thermal bridges through rack steel profiles, creating a thermal break and ensuring the continuity of the heat-shielding shell of the building by means of perforated beams.
