SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a broadcast transmission method by means of wrist watch (100) of an information message associated with a life quality assessment of the owner of said wrist watches (100), wherein the method comprises the following steps, at which recording (10) by means of processor unit (2) data, describing at least one actual episode of at least one type of external action event recorded for a given period of time, identifying (11) at least one type of external action event which violates the quality of life of the owner, based on the processing results of said descriptive data, evaluating (16) an owner's quality of life assessment index in accordance with a quality of life violation indicator associated with each identified type of external action event, violating the quality of life, and creating (17) an information message containing an evaluation index, prior to its broadcast transmission to the owner.

EFFECT: technical result when implementing the declared invention is implementation of broadcast transmission method by means of wrist watch information message related to quality of life assessment, which is reliable and simple to implement.
