FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: plant for processing vegetal raw materials into coal briquettes. Invention relates to the field of wood industry wastes processing and can be used in production of ecologically clean coal briquettes for usage in domestic and industrial needs. Plant for processing wood industry wastes into coal briquettes consists of a raw material preparation-acceptance zone, made in form of raw material receiving bunker, heat carrier preparation zone is made in the form of heat generator equipped with furnace chamber to produce furnace gases, raw material drying zone, pyrolysis zone, finished product cooling zone. Raw material drying zone is made up of two screw conveyors heated by furnace gases and provided with dosing system consisting of two sector feeders. Pyrolysis zone is made in the form of a conductive reactor consisting of a tube heated by furnace gases from the heat carrier preparation zone and having a diameter narrowing, and a hydraulic cylinder with a plunger, wherein the conductive reactor is connected to the storage bin of the dried and heated raw material. Cooling zone of finished product is made in the form of revolver type conveyor and is equipped with storage bunker of coal briquettes, wherein conductive reactor of pyrolysis zone is connected to conveyor of revolver type of cooling zone of finished product. Apparatus also comprises a screw conveyor, by means of which zones of preparation and acceptance of raw material and preparation of heat carrier are connected, a screw conveyor, by means of which zones of preparation and acceptance of raw material and drying of raw materials are connected and a screw conveyor, by means of which a drying zone of raw material and a storage bin of dried and heated raw material are connected.

EFFECT: increased yield of coal briquettes from vegetable raw material up to 60 %.
