FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of organic raw materials and can be used in processing waste wood sleepers. Method involves drying of raw material at temperature of 160-200 °C in two series-connected screw conveyors, in first conveyor 5 by transfer of heat energy by fuel gases through wall, and in second 6 due to heat energy transfer by heated fuel gases with air, feeding it into cone pyrolysis reactor 7 heated by fuel gases, and thermal decomposition at 450-520 °C with formation of steam-gas mixture. Steam-gas mixture is subjected to condensation, after which is liquid product and uncondensed pyrolysis gas are obtained. Condensation of steam-gas mixture is performed in spray 8, and then packed 15 columns cooled by liquid product of condensation at temperature of 200-230 °C to obtain liquid impregnating product. Uncondensed pyrolysis gas is supplied to furnace 9, solid product of thermal decomposition is cooled and delivered in coal briquetting assembly 13.

EFFECT: development of ecologically clean method of processing waste wood sleepers to produce product for impregnation of new wooden sleepers and coal briquettes.
