FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing low-sulphur diesel fuels. Invention relates to a method for hydrofining of mixed and straight-run diesel fractions with high sulphur content at high pressure and heating into a stream of hydrogen-containing gas in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst containing the following, wt. %: [Co(H2O)2(C6H5O7)]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2] - 11.42–18.9, Co2[H2P2Mo5O23] - 12.1–22.6 and (NH4)4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] - 3.25–4.73, carrier is balance, wherein support contains, wt. %: in terms of oxides of non-metals SiO2 - 0.1–20 and B2O3 - 0–10; sodium - not more than 0.03; γ- and χ-Al2O3 are balance, wherein ratio of low-temperature oxide forms χ-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3 of aluminium in the carrier in wt. % is (0–40):(100–60). Catalyst has specific surface area of 140–180 m2/g, pore volume of 0.35–0.70 cm3/g, average pore diameter of 9–13.5 nm and is particles with cross-section in form of circle, trefoil or quartet with diameter of circumscribed circle of 1.0–1.6 mm and length of up to 20 mm. Prior to hydrotreatment, the catalyst is sulphided to obtain a catalyst which contains, wt. %: 11–14 Mo, 2–4 Co, 0.8–1.5 P, 9.0–11.4 S; carrier is balance; wherein the carrier contains, wt. %: SiO2 - 0.1–20.0 and/or B2O3 - 0–10; Al2O3 is the rest.
EFFECT: technical result is production of diesel fuel containing less than 10 ppm sulphur during hydrofining of straight-run and mixed diesel fractions with high content of sulphur.
