FIELD: oil processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing low-sulfur diesel fuels. The invention relates to a method consisting in the transformation of straight-run and containing up to 30% secondary diesel fractions at a temperature of 340-380°C, a pressure of 3.5-8.0 MPa, a mass consumption of raw materials of 1.0-2.5 h-1, a volume ratio of hydrogen/raw materials of 300-800 m3/m3 in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst. The catalyst is obtained by sulfidation of the composition, wt. %, [Со(Н2О)2(С6Н5О7)]2[Mo4O11(С6Н5О7)2] 6.0-12.0, Co2[H2P2Mo5O23] 21.0-30.0, carrier being the rest. After sulfidation, the catalyst contains, wt. %: Mo 10.7-13.5; Co 3.5-4.2; S 9.0-11.5; P 1.4-1.9; carrier being the rest. In this case, the carrier contains 0.001-0.05 wt. %, of Na and additionally contains on its surface isolated La atoms with an average size of 0.1 nm, consisting of a chemical bond La-O-Al, with a surface density of 2-50 atoms per 10 nm2 surface and a ratio of Al atoms to La atoms equal to 50 - 10000, and the carrier consists of low-temperature forms of aluminum oxide, γ- and χ-Al2O3, in the following ratios, wt. %: (50-95):(50-5). The catalyst has a specific surface area of 120-200 m2/g, a pore volume of 0.30-0.50 cm3/g, an average pore diameter of 8-13 nm.
EFFECT: production of diesel fuel containing less than 10 ppm of sulfur during hydrotreating of straight-run diesel fractions and those containing up to 30% of secondary diesel fractions.
