FIELD: catalyst production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing catalysts. Disclosed is a method for preparing a catalyst for hydrotreating catalytic cracking feedstock containing compounds of nickel, molybdenum, phosphorus and a carrying agent. The method is characterized by the fact that the catalyst is prepared by impregnating the carrying agent in terms of moisture capacity with an aqueous solution simultaneously containing a mixture of complex compounds [Ni(Н2О)2]2[Mo4O11(С6Н5О7)2], Ni2[H2P2Mo5O23] and H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11]. Impregnation is carried out at a temperature of 25-70 °C for 15-60 minutes with periodic stirring followed by drying and sulfiding, while using the carrying agent, which contains, wt.%: in terms of oxides of non-metals SiO2 – 0.1-20 and B2O3 – 0-10; sodium - no more than 0.03; y - and x -Al2O3 - the rest, the ratio of low-temperature forms of aluminum oxide x -Al2O3 and y -Al2O3 in the carrying agent in wt% is (0-40) : (100-60), the resulting catalyst contains, wt%: [Ni(Н2О)2]2[Mo4O11(С6Н5О7)2] – 1.7-6.6, Ni2[H2P2Mo5O23] – 22.6-30.1 and H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] – 3.1-6.6; the carrying agent is the rest; after sulfiding, the catalyst contains: Мо – 11.7-16.5; Ni – 3.0-4.4; S – 9.4-13.4; P – 1.5-1.9; the carrying agent is the rest.
EFFECT: disclosed is a catalyst showing increase in activity in hydrotreating of catalytic cracking feedstock.
