FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to solenoid valve. Solenoid valve comprises working element of valve including section of iron core shifted in axial direction in response to exciting effect of electromagnet. Valve body includes multiple channels for flowing into them or from them of fluid medium under pressure, and valve box, with which channels are interconnected. Valve disc is arranged in valve box and is shifted towards seat and from valve seat in valve box in response to movement of valve working element in axial direction to change conditions of connection between channels. Valve working element includes a valve support part that supports the valve disc, simultaneously allowing the valve disc to move relative to the valve working element in the axial direction. Valve support section has a far end and a base end on both sides in the axial direction, and the base end of the valve support section is connected to one end of the iron core section in the axial direction. Elastic element is located inside valve box, and the resilient element constantly presses the valve disc to the valve seat in axial direction for forced installation of the valve disc on the valve seat by means of a stimulating force. Valve support section includes a pair of support levers extending from the iron core section in the axial direction. Cap is attached to support levers, which includes an engagement portion, and the engagement portion of the cap is engaged with the engagement portion of the valve disc mounted on the valve seat in response to displacement of the valve working member shifting in the direction opposite to the direction in which the resilient member presses the valve disc, with the possibility of the valve disc separation from the valve seat due to the elastic element jogging force. Valve disc is installed on valve seat in response to displacement of working element in direction, in which the resilient member presses the valve disc, the engagement portion of the cap is not in contact with the valve disc.
EFFECT: technical result is prevention of variation of flow rate of fluid flowing through valve seat, or sensitivity of electromagnetic valve as possible, reducing external force, such as compression force acting on valve disc, when valve disc is installed on valve seat, and preventing wear or irreversible deformation of the valve disc due to an external force repeatedly acting on the valve disc.
