FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: speed regulator is created, which can be compactly mounted on cylinder actuated by fluid medium under pressure. Valve body (11) of speed regulator comprises main body (12) passing along first axis (L1), and mounting section (41) protruding laterally from main housing (12) along second axis (L2), which orthogonally crosses first axis (L1). In the main body there is first hole (14), needle valve (27) and check valve (25). Mounting section (41), which is a section mounted in cylinder opening (4), comprises second hole (15) formed therein. Position in which mounting section (41) is located on side of main housing (12), is spaced from first axis (L1) in direction of third axis (L3), which orthogonally crosses first axis (L1) and second axis (L2).
EFFECT: technical result is reduced dimensions of the regulator.
