SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to inguinal hernia surgery. A pneumoperitoneum procedure is followed by an abdominal inspection. The abdominal cavity is punctured with an injection needle from a left or right iliac region. A needle tip is used to pierce a peritoneum from an internal ring, and the preparation Deflux is injected in an amount sufficient for an obturation of the internal ring.
EFFECT: method provides the better conditions for eliminating the hernia defect, normalises an internal ring diameter involving no elements of a spermatic cord, and prevents recurrent hernias.
