FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery for laparoscopic methods of treating inguinal hernias. Method includes pneumoperitoneum, inspection of abdominal cavity, determination of topographic-anatomic characteristics of hernia, dissection of peritoneum in place of anterior peritoneum wall defect, placement of biocompatible implant on the place of defect, its fixation to peritoneum wall. Dissection of peritoneum is carried out by trocar on lateral semicircle of internal inguinal ring. Stylet is taken out and through tube to the place of anterior wall defect moved and fixed to its substitution is implant from volume-centered knotted ligature.
EFFECT: method prevents recurrence of hernia and preserves spermatic cord function.
