SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for rapid diagnosis of pancreatic cyst connection with a duct system. Condition of its content is assessed. Fact of cyst connection to the pancreatic duct system is determined on the basis of electrochemical properties analysis of its contents. For this purpose, this content is introduced into a liquid flow-through electrode of a joule meter device, where for 8 seconds it is exposed to current of 0.01, 0.04, 0.08 and 0.1 mA.
