SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an aerosol delivery device comprising a reservoir casing forming a mouthpiece. Aerosol delivery device comprises a sealing component configured to be placed in the reservoir casing to form a reservoir chamber, configured to hold the aerosol precursor composition. Aerosol delivery device also comprises a base configured to be placed in the reservoir casing and with possibility of direct interaction with evaporation unit for aerosol formation. Tank casing, the sealing component, the base and/or the evaporation unit can be used for formation of aerosols with accurate and reproducible compositions.
EFFECT: disclosed is an aerosol delivery device with a reservoir jacket and an evaporator assembly.
