FIELD: aerosol delivery systems.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an aerosol delivery device comprising a reservoir housing forming a mouthpiece channel. The aerosol delivery device includes a sealing component configured to be placed within a reservoir casing to form a reservoir chamber configured to hold the aerosol precursor composition. The aerosol delivery device also includes a base configured to be placed in the reservoir casing and to interact directly with the evaporation unit to generate an aerosol.
EFFECT: reservoir casing, sealing component, base and/or evaporator assembly can be used to produce aerosols with precise and reproducible compositions.
