PROTEIN EXTRACTION METHOD Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C07K1/14 A61K38/00

Abstract RU 2733495 C2

FIELD: chemical or physical processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to extraction of soluble protein from a population of microorganisms. Disclosed is a method of extracting soluble protein from a population of microorganisms, involving interaction of a population of microorganisms expressing soluble protein, with amount of solution, containing from 25 % (volume/volume) to 37.5 % (volume/volume) of carboxylic acid, effective for extraction of soluble protein from population of microorganisms, where pH of solution is from 2 to 6 and where carboxylic acid is acetic acid or formic acid. Soluble protein is tropoelastin, reaction is carried out at temperature of 4 °C to 30 °C and interaction results in extraction of soluble protein from microorganisms, where soluble protein is dissolved in solution. Tropoelastin extracted by said method is used in method of producing composition and method of producing solid or semi-solid substrate. Also disclosed are versions of a method of extracting soluble protein from a population of microorganisms.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain soluble proteins with high degree of purity.
