FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for changing elastic characteristics of membranes and can be used in pressure sensors. Pressure transducer membrane assembly consists of a housing, an elastic corrugated membrane rigidly fixed inside the housing and an adjustment device. Adjusting device comprises membrane squeeze corrugation, pressure plate, micrometer screw and counting device with ratchet mechanism. Variation of membrane stiffness is performed by rotation of micrometer screw, which causes translational movement of pressing plate, as a result of which height of squeeze corrugation decreases, membrane is compressed, and its rigidity is reduced. Rotation angle of the micrometer screw is controlled by a reading device located on the housing of the membrane assembly and can be fixed by means of a ratchet mechanism.
EFFECT: technical result consists in controlled reduction of membrane stiffness and change of its elastic characteristics without dismantling membrane assembly of pressure sensor.
