FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing a combined pharmaceutical composition of dioxidine in the form of an ointment. Reactor is charged with purified water, propylene glycol, citric acid monohydrate, dioxidine and trimecaine hydrochloride, the mass is stirred until a clear solution is obtained. Other reactor is loaded with propylene glycol, macrogols and poloxamer, the mass of the base is heated and mixed until homogeneous condition is obtained, then the base is cooled and evacuated. Cooled base is loaded into a solution of active substances and the mass is stirred until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, which is filtered and packaged into tubes. Active substances are taken in the following amounts: dioxidine—10–15 mg/g and trimecaine hydrochloride—50–150 mg/g.
EFFECT: obtaining a combined pharmaceutical composition of dioxidine in the form of ointment, which is stable during use and prolonged storage due to the fact that active components are in a dissolved form.
