FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely a dosage form of dioxidine in the form of an ointment for local and external application, containing dioxidine in amount of 50 mg/g, found in the preparation in the form of a suspension, and excipients comprising propylene glycol, poloxamer, macrogol 6000, macrogol 4000, macrogol 1500, macrogol 400.
EFFECT: present invention provides a stable soft dosage form of dioxidine in the form of an ointment comprising a therapeutically effective amount of dioxidine having a pronounced antimicrobial effect, providing stability during use and prolonged storage at temperature of up to 25 °C in an aluminum tube, as well as free of parabens in its composition.
