SUBSTANCE: capsule contains a substance for preparation of a beverage suitable for drinking. Capsule comprises an aluminum capsule body having a sidewall and an outward protruding flange and a sealing element on the outwardly projecting flange to provide a fluid-sealing contact with the female beverage preparation female member. Beverage preparation device comprises an annular element having a free contact end, which is made with multiple open grooves passing in radial direction. Sealing element comprises separate crumple element provided on surface of outwardly projecting flange opposite to cover.

EFFECT: invention discloses a capsule, a system for preparing a drink suitable for drinking from a similar capsule and use of such a capsule in a beverage preparation device.
