SUBSTANCE: invention relates to two versions of an integrated method for increasing production of olefins from heavy cracking residues. One of the versions of the method includes: hydrofining a stream of heavy hydrocarbon residues using a first hydrotreater to form a first stream of hydrotreated residues; catalytic cracking of the first stream of hydrotreated residues in the apparatus for liquid catalytic cracking to form a stream of liquefied petroleum gas, a stream of naphtha, a stream of dry gas, cleaned suspension oil stream and recycle gas oil light stream; hydrofining a stream of naphtha in a second hydrotreater to form a stream of hydrotreated naphtha; hydrocracking a stream of light recycle gas oil in a hydrocracking unit to form a stream of hydrocarbons after cracking; mixing the stream of hydrotreated naphtha and the hydrocarbon stream after cracking to form a stream of aromatic mixed hydrocarbons; saturation of the flow of aromatic mixed hydrocarbons in a unit for saturation of aromatic substances with formation of a saturated hydrocarbon stream; steam cracking of a saturated hydrocarbon stream in a steam cracker to form a first stream of olefins, a pyrolysis oil stream and a pyrolysis gasoline stream; mixing the stream of purified suspension oil and pyrolysis oil stream to form a recycled oil stream; deasphalting the flow of recirculating oil in the solvent deasphalting system to form a stream of deasphalted oil and an asphaltene-rich stream; hydrofining deasphalted oil stream and heavy hydrocarbon residue stream using first hydrotreater to form second stream of hydrotreated residues; and cracking the second stream of hydrotreated residues to form a second stream of olefins.
EFFECT: method increases production of olefins.
