FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing olefins from hydrocarbon material (1), having a sulphur content of at least 0.1 wt.%, an initial boiling point of at least 180 °C and final boiling point of at least 600 °C, wherein said method includes the following steps: a) hydroconversion step enables to obtain stream (3) at the outlet; b) a step of dividing stream (3) from step a) of hydroconversion into gaseous fraction (4), vacuum distillate fraction (11) and vacuum residue liquid fraction (5); c) a step for deasphalting by liquid-phase extraction of fraction (5) of the vacuum residue enables to obtain, on the one hand, fraction (7) containing asphalt, and on the other hand, fraction (8) of deasphalted oil; d) extraction of aromatics from at least part of fraction (8) of deasphalted oil enables to obtain fraction (13) of extract and fraction (10) of raffinate; e) step e) of hydrocracking in a fixed bed at least part of fraction (13) of the extract, in the presence of hydrogen (12) and a hydrocracking catalyst, which enables to obtain stream (14); f) a step of dividing flow (14) into at least one gaseous fraction (15) and at least one liquid fraction (16); g) step of steam cracking of raffinate fraction (10) and liquid fraction (16) enables to obtain stream (17); h) stage of flow separation (17) enables to obtain at least fraction (18) containing hydrogen, fraction (19) containing ethylene, fraction (20) containing propylene, and fraction (21) containing pyrolysis oil.
EFFECT: flexible and optimized production of olefins from heavy hydrocarbon material in order to increase profitability of the olefin production process.
