FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing olefins from hydrocarbon feedstock (1) having a sulphur content of at least 0.1 wt.%, an initial boiling point of at least 180°C and final boiling point of at least 600°C, wherein said method includes the following steps: a) a deasphalting step by extracting said heavy hydrocarbon material, which enables to obtain fraction (4) containing asphalt and fraction (3) of deasphalted oil, step b) hydroconversion of asphalt fraction (4), carried out in a fluidised bed reactor to obtain stream (5), step c) dividing stream (5) into gas fraction (6), fraction (7) containing compounds with a boiling point of 180°C to 540°C, and fraction (8) containing compounds with boiling point below 180°C, step d) extraction of aromatic compounds from fraction (3) of deasphalted oil and part of fraction (7), to obtain extract fraction (9) and raffinate fraction (10), step e) of hydrocracking in a fixed bed at least a portion of extract (9) fraction to obtain stream (13), step f) dividing flow (13) into at least one gas fraction (15) and at least one liquid fraction (14) containing compounds with boiling point less than or equal to 350°C, step g) of steam cracking of raffinate fraction (10), fraction (8) and liquid fraction (14) leaving separation step f), which enables to obtain stream (16), step h) separating flow (16), which enables to obtain at least fraction (17) containing hydrogen, fraction (18) containing ethylene, fraction (19) containing propylene, and fraction (20) containing pyrolysis oil.
EFFECT: flexible and optimized production of olefins from heavy hydrocarbon material, increased profitability of the olefin production process.
