TRAINING LOAD MANAGEMENT METHOD (EMBODIMENTS) Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61H1/00 A61B5/08 A61B5/83

Abstract RU 2794609 C1

FIELD: fitness and sports.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to a methodology for managing the training load, including when using simulators or sports equipment. Variants of the method for controlling the energy supply of muscular activity involve the use of markers presented as changes in the specific breathing capacity (BC) under load and ventilation pulse (VP) without load. The process of motor activity is carried out in two stages: at the first stage - warm-up - user's readiness for physical activity with aerobic energy supply according to the specified markers is ensured, at the second stage - training - muscle activity is controlled. Within the limits of permissible deviations, such control is carried out by specific BC (first embodiment) or by VP (second embodiment). According to the results of the control, the user is notified about the advisability of reducing the load, or about the need to reduce the duration of the load, or about the interval without load. Technical problem: the need to expand the arsenal of tools for this purpose, designed to ensure the effectiveness of the training process during activities that are typical for the energy supply of muscle activity, manifested in various types of physical activity.

EFFECT: method ensures prevention of formation of lactate oxygen debt during the training process carried out with various types of sports movements, objectively expressed through the dynamics of reliable markers of aerobic physical performance, with feedback in the form of issuing a solution to the user to adjust the values of physical activity.
