FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting-loading machines. Cutting-loading machine comprises running gear, lower baffle device, at least one actuator including two-rotor module, control means of said actuator, said two-rotor module is provided with at least one handle with a cutting device. Said cutting device has a cutting radius RC and the rotation axis of said cutting device by said handle makes portable circular rotation with a radius RP. Frequency of rotation of said cutting device is determined by formula: where coefficient K is ratio of cutting radius RC to radius RP, m; Vcut is cutting velocity of cutting device, m/s; Hwork is working height, m. Value of coefficient K is not less than 0.35, and said control means is configured to adjust the cutting speed nD of the cutting device and/or the portable rotational frequency np of the handle such that the ratio nD to np is in range of 7 to 12.
EFFECT: higher efficiency at minimum power inputs, as well as formation of optimum shape of working.
