FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting-loading machines. Cutting-loading machine comprises running gear, one actuator with at least one handle with at least one cutting device installed on each of handles, and lower bumper-loading device. Said lower bumper-loading device is made in the form of single-lead screw on one side and double-lead screw on the other side and is equipped with drive with kinematic chain, which provides rotation frequency nl.b of said lower bumper-loading device in range from 35 rpm to 45 rpm, wherein ratio nl.b to n D rotation frequency of said cutting device is in range from 0.9 to 1.1.
EFFECT: providing coordinated operation of the actuating element and the lower demolishing and loading device with the optimum screw design during the working process.
