FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: tubeless tyre - tyre casing comprises a protector made of rubber with a pattern on its outer surface, made in the form of lamellas and dirt removal channels, a cushion layer with a breaker, a frame, sidewalls and landing boards with tyre made of steel wire in form of power rings, by means of which reliably and tightly the tire is fixed on the wheel rim and pumped by air, cord breaker and carcass made of steel wire, sealing airtight rubber layer with thickness of 1.5–3.5 mm, forming inner surface of tire, and one or two layers of rubber tape outside each side. Cord is made not only in breaker and carcass, but also in tire sidewalls in one or several layers connected by rubber, impregnating pores of cord material, with each other and with tire rubber. Each cord layer is made of mesh layers woven from spirals coiled from hardened steel wire with diameter d = 0.12÷0.4 mm and stretched to pitch equal to spiral diameter D, with ratio D/d = 8÷10. Spiral axes of diagonal tires are directed at 45° to a long dimension of the mesh, two layers of the mesh are stacked on each other such that the axes of their spirals are mutually perpendicular, ends of these layers are bent so that both of these layers form a rectangular strip with length equal to or shorter than the circumference of the layer, which is obtained in the finished tire from that strip or from several strips of smaller length after pressing of its billet, and with width b ≥ b6 + 4h6 + 2s, where bb is tire width, h6 is the height of the tire sidewall and s is the width of the section of the strip extending to the circumference of the power ring wire in each tire bead. Strips are laid on each other so that axes of spirals of directly contacting layers of grid of adjacent strips are mutually perpendicular, and joints of ends of coiled rings are uniformly distributed in circumferential direction so that in any radial section there cannot be more than one connection point of strip ends. In the "radial" busbars one of the contacting layers is made of a rectangular grid strip, width, also equal to b, with length equal to or greater than the layer circumference length, which is obtained in the ready tire from this grid strip or from several strips of this mesh of smaller length, connected to each other overlapped, axis of spirals of this mesh are perpendicular to long side of strip, and in tire in condition, coiled into ring, are located in radial planes of tire, and on this layer another layer is laid, made of several overlapped with each other rectangular pieces of mesh, axes of helixes of which are parallel to long side of grid piece, and in tire are arranged in circumferential direction. Subsequent layers of mesh are laid so that in all contacting layers of cord axes of spirals are mutually perpendicular and points of connection of ends of mesh pieces are uniformly distributed in circumferential direction so that in any radial section there cannot be more than one connection point of mesh pieces, and density of wire material of cords δ ≥ 2.5÷3.5 g/cm3.
EFFECT: higher passive safety of military vehicles at collision and terrorist acts.
