FIELD: space equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to means of measuring parameters and characteristics of spacecraft and carrier rockets using telemetric systems. These advantages make it possible to effectively monitor the state on board of spacecraft, for example, Kondor-FKA-M Earth Remote Sensing Spacecraft. Disclosed is an autonomous video monitoring system, which includes video cameras, which provide an image in MJPEG format, connected to a digital flow shaper. Video cameras in number from one to seven provide for obtaining image in formats MJPEG, H.264 are connected over local network, supporting Ethernet or CameraLink protocols to a digital flow shaper, which provides convolutional encoding and Reed—Solomon coding. Digital flow shaper is connected through RS-485 interface with transmitting device in case of using independent video monitoring system for carrier rocket or through LVDS interface with on-board telemetric system in case of application of independent video monitoring system for spacecraft.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of image quality of video image due to increase in the photographic registration device resolution, the frame frequency and the unified information exchange interface, without the need for a strong increase in information content.
