FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology. Revision of outflow pathways created in the course of antiglaucoma operation and separation of fibrous fusion with introduction of 5-fluoruracil are performed. 5-fluoruracil is administered in a mixture consisting of 0.1 ml of 5 % solution of 5-fluoruracil, 0.3 ml of 0.4 % dexamethasone and 0.3 ml of 2 % hydroxypropyl methylcellulose solution.
EFFECT: method enables to form a spilled filter cushion, prolongation of the needling effect by delaying suction of the antifibrotic agent combination, reduced frequency of procedures and reduced probability of side effects, including hypotension during the procedure.
