SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Random access method includes: transmitting, by a terminal to a network device, an access request message and providing it with additional information on terminal access through said access request message; receiving by the terminal an access response message including indicative information indicating denial of access, wherein the indicative information includes information with an access request corresponding to the additional access information.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of successful attempts of terminals access establishment.
