FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to satellite communication control of space systems with high-altitude surveillance space vehicles (SSV), Earth remote sensing (ERS SV), communication (CSV) and can be used in designing and controlling space systems for various purposes. For this purpose, space satellite communication system includes space segment from orbital groups (OG) SV on low-altitude, medium-altitude and geostationary orbits and ground segment, consisting of at least one ground control station and providing collection of target information from ground, air, sea and space subscribers. Average altitude exhaust gas consists of at least 24 navigation satellites "Glonass" located in three orbital planes (OP) on circular orbits with inclination 64.8°, by 8 spacecraft in each OP, wherein the low-orbit grouping is located in the same OP and consists of at least 12 CSV, at least 3–4 SSV and at least 1–2 ERS SV, wherein spacecraft of all OG are equipped with intersatellite communication channels and communication channels with the ground segment.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of transmitting messages and telephone communication.
