FIELD: hydraulic structures; ice-resistant complexes for exploitation of shallow water continental shelves. SUBSTANCE: ice-resistant complex has base mounted on ground, upper structure made in form of ice- resistant submersible offshore platform with protective belt of complex; within boundaries of complex, base is made in form of frame structure closed over perimeter with free central part. Ice- resistant complex of platform is mounted inside frame structure; inner and outer sides of frame structure are mounted for engagement; engageable surfaces are inclined at required angle; protective belt of ice-resistant complex is made in form of side inclined units extending over perimeter of ice-resistant complex from upper part to outer contour of base. Method for forming such complex includes transportation and installation of base on ground, installation of upper structure made in form of ice- resistant submersible offshore platform having hull and mounting protective belt of complex; base of complex is preliminarily formed as frame structure closed over perimeter with free central part; inner sides of frame structure are inclined; outer sides of ice- resistant submersible offshore platform are inclined in their lower portion adequately to inclination of inner sides of base; then protective belt is formed as side inclined units. Transportation of base is performed during short summer period; base is mounted on ground by means of ballasting and is secured by means of piles. Then platform is transported to base thus installed; platform is installed in free central part of base for bringing inclined surface of hull in contact with respective inclined surfaces of base. Side inclined units are placed over perimeter of complex from upper part to outer contour of base. Protective belt of complex formed from unit is mounted in upper portion of platform hull over its perimeter. EFFECT: reduced usage of metal; enhanced operational reliability. 3 cl, 7 dwg
