FIELD: heat exchange technique.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a device for pyrolysis of coal. Apparatus for pyrolytic coal treatment comprises device 1 for primary pyrolysis, made in form of radiation tube of rotating drying furnace of heating type, and device 2 for secondary pyrolysis of coal. Outlet 12 of device 1 for primary coal pyrolysis communicates with inlet 21 of device 2 for secondary pyrolysis of coal. Secondary outlet of coal gas is located on opposite end of device 2 for secondary pyrolysis of coal. In device 1 for primary pyrolysis of coal is heated with extraction of coal resin to maximum extent, then coal is supplied to device 2 for secondary pyrolysis of coal. Coal continues to be heated and subjected to pyrolysis in upper part of device 2 for secondary pyrolysis of coal so that volatile material of upgraded coal, subjected to primary pyrolysis and enrichment, is additionally released in device 2 for secondary pyrolysis of coal.
EFFECT: claimed device provides simultaneous high output of coal tar and high gas output.
