FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for producing gas-engine fuels by using the pressure difference between the main and distribution pipelines during the reduction of natural gas, it can be used in the gas industry. An installation is proposed that includes a drying unit, a refrigerator, a refrigerating machine, two expanders, a recuperative heat exchanger, a dephlegmator, a separator and a fractionation unit. During the operation of the installation, high-pressure natural gas is dried and divided into two streams, the first stream is fed for cooling in the recuperative heat exchanger, the second one is cooled in the heat exchanger connected to a refrigerating machine. The streams are combined, reduced using the first expander and sent to the lower part of the dephlegmator, where they are subjected to dephlegmation due to countercurrent cooling with low-pressure gas supplied from the separator, which is then heated in the recuperative heat exchanger, mixed with adsorbent regeneration gas supplied from the drying unit, and removed from the installation. The resulting dephlegmation gas is fed to the second expander, where it is reduced and, together with the gases sent from the fractionation unit, is fed to the separator. A wide fraction of light hydrocarbons is removed from the bottom of the separator, which is mixed with phlegm supplied from the bottom of the dephlegmator, and subjected to fractionation to obtain liquefied natural gas and propane-butane fraction.
EFFECT: increased output of gas-engine fuels and an expansion of their range.
