SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to device and method of knotting seamless article's toe, device (1) comprises a closed resilient element (7) serving to press an end portion of the seamless article (G1, G2) to support surface (31) by its section and feeding the seamless article (G1, G2) along the path from the installation position towards the piercing area and in the piercing area, in which sewing machine (5) is located. In the mounting area the section of the closed resilient element in contact with the seamless article (G1, G2) forms first curve (7A; 7B). In the piercing area the closed elastic element (7) interacts with the convex deflecting profile (25), which gives the closed elastic element (7) curvature with a convexity facing the same side, in which the convexity of first curve (7A; 7B) of the closed resilient element (7) is turned.

EFFECT: disclosed is a device and method for knotting seamless article's toe.
