METHOD OF DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF WELLS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21B43/00

Abstract RU 2691423 C1

FIELD: pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submersible pumping units for operation of wells with large distance from submersible pump to perforation interval, including with large gas factor. Section of multiphase pump is installed between electrically-centrifugal pump and input module. Immersed electric motor with hydraulic protection cooled by pumped liquid is equipped with outer sealing jacket. Casing is tightly connected to the electric centrifugal pump inlet module and is made with possibility of isolation of the pump intake from the annular space and its hydraulic connection to the shaft cavity of the liner, which is tightly connected to the lower part of the sealed casing. In the well, below the depth of the electric-centrifugal pump installation in a sealed housing, a tubular shank end is installed on the anchor-pipe holder containing the polished bushing. Shank length is selected so that distance from head of shank with anchor pipe holder and polished bushing to technologically permissible depth of electric centrifugal pump is 10–50 m. Shank can be combined and in the horizontal part of the well it is made from easily drilled materials, for example glass-fibre plastic or aluminium, with an emergency-disconnecting unit between its parts, for disconnection in emergencies and possibility of drilling. Separate shank of tubing string with length of 10–50 m is connected to sealed case of electric-centrifugal pump. This shank in lower part contains nipple for tight connection with polished bush of anchor-pipe holder. Body of anchor-tubular holder is not tightly adhered to inner surface of production string except for plates and freely passes well fluid and gas in gap between housing and walls of production string. Assembly is lowered into the well to the anchor-to-pipe installation depth. Unloading tight joint of shank with nipple in polished bushing of anchor-pipe holder. Well is started to operate with provision of liquid supply through the shank of the horizontal part of the well; the shank end is attached to the pipe anchor; the shank with the nipple; the inner cavity of the sealed case; the input module and the multiphase pump into the electric centrifugal pump.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of production of formation fluid in horizontal wells.
