FIELD: methods and devices for metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a welding torch comprising a main body made in the form of a hollow body tube and having a first bevelled surface formed inside the body tube, an electrode housing having a collet chuck on the front side of the connector screwed on one side of the body tube, configured to move the collet chuck when tightening or loosening the connector, such that clamping of the electrode inserted into the collet chuck, or adjustment of its length, so that the electrode is clamped when the collet is brought into tight contact with the first chamfer surface, and adjustment of the electrode, when collet extends from first skewed surface, head, having branch pipe located on side facing housing tube, and spraying supplied gas in all directions, and formed from nozzle installed on external surface of branch pipe, and a connecting element guiding the supplied gas into the body tube and electrically connected for ignition and welding. Part of the gas sprayed inside the nozzle in all directions through the branch pipe contacts with the nozzle and provides cooling during welding.
EFFECT: result is improved design, which broadens the possibility of using such burner, reduces forces of electrode clamping and provides cooling during welding.
