FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in bearing industry. Rollers are arranged between faces of stiff and soft plates fitted aligned to run around their axes. Taper rollers are arranged on outer conical surface and end opposite to their spherical end by means of rigid disk having narrow prisms regularly spaced with angular pitch, and stops articulated with the inner cylindrical ledge of the rigid disc lying in the plane of symmetry of the prisms. At that location of conical rollers is carried out along end of conical roller by means of its contact with stop with provision of mounting base along conical roller outer conical surface, by its contact with a narrow prism on the hard disk with provision of a double support base and at force closure of the conical roller by means of the contact part of the soft disc.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and quality of surface layer of spherical end of taper rollers.
