FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in bearing production for grinding taper roller spherical end faces. Taper rollers are fitted in extra sleeves arranged between tapered faces of aligned and revolving discs and separators with radial grooves. Taper inner and outer surfaces of sleeves feature different taper angels. Design equation is claimed for defining inclination of sleeve outer surface generatrix. Taper generatrices intersect at one point to be aligned with rotational axes of discs.
EFFECT: higher precision.
