FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection, in particular to complex processing of water supply wastes – unavoidable wastes of natural water treatment – by creating a secondary resource in the form of artificial soil using peat and sand. Soil contains peat, sand, tap water sediment and cotton dust in following ratio of components: tap water sediment of 19.5–28.5 %; cotton dust with an average moisture content of 1.3–3.5% and bulk weight of 0.09 g/cm3 0.5–1.5 %; quarry or river sand with main fraction 1–2 mm 30–40 %; low-meadow peat – balance. When soil is obtained, the first water residue is dehydrated to moisture content of 90 % and mixed with cotton dust.
EFFECT: enabling the assignment realization using the available raw material.
